The AWARDS Medical module is used to maintain and review consumer medication information. 

Required Permissions

The Medical module is available to users with the following permissions:

Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Medical Button

Additional permissions required to use the individual features within the Medical module are discussed in detail in the Online Help sections for each of those features.

  NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

CONSENTS FORM - Learn to generate consent for release of information forms.

Feature Review - IMO (38 min) - June 2019

Enhancement Request Forms

Several of the Medical module's features are optional and are not turned on by default in AWARDS.  Additionally, within many Medical features - both optional and standard - specific aspects of the functionality are configurable.  To request that Medical features be turned on/off and/or to request that those features be adjusted to meet your agency's needs when possible, download and complete the Medical module request form below, and then submit it to [email protected].  For configuration options related to the MAR and Medication Monitoring features, a separate form is also available below.
