The Employment module Group Notes feature is an optional database enhancement used to record employment-related staff contact time with large groups of consumers through the entering, updating, and deleting of group notes. It is also used to view read-only group note reports.
NOTE: A full version of the Group Notes feature (that can record services other than those that are employment-related) is accessible from within the Services - Group module. For more information, click here.
Because the Group Notes (Employment) feature is optional, it is not automatically available in all AWARDS databases. When requested (by contacting the Help Desk), it is turned on behind-the-scenes in AWARDS and is available to users with the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Employment Button
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
