The AWARDS Employment module is used to enter, maintain, and view consumer employment records, employer records, and other employment-related information. 

Required Permissions

The Employment module is available to users with the following permissions:

Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Employment Button

Additional permissions required to use the individual features within the Employment module are discussed in detail in the Online Help sections for each of those features.

  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

Module Features

CONTACTS LOG (Employment) - Learn to enter, update, and delete employment-related contacts log records and to view log reports.

GROUP NOTES (Employment) - Learn to enter, update, and delete employment-related group notes and to view group note reports.

JOBS - Learn to access job-related features used to track information such as interviews, job placements, employers, and more.

PROGRESS NOTES (Employment) - Learn to enter, update, and delete employment-related progress notes and to view note reports.

TRAINING - Learn to access training-related features used to track information such as test scores, training placements, and more.
