The Employment module Jobs feature provides access to a menu job-related features that enable users to track information such as job interviews, job placements, employers, and more.

Required Permissions

The Jobs feature is available for use by staff with the following permissions:

Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Employment Button

  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

Functionality Features

The Jobs functionality is comprised of the following features.  Click a link below to access the Online Help pages for the corresponding feature.

EARNINGS REPORT - Learn to view a read-only consumer earnings report.

EMPLOYERS - Learn to enter, update, and delete employer records and to view read-only employer reports.

JOB BANK - Learn to work with job bank records for available positions and to search for those positions in report mode.

JOB INTERVIEWS - Learn to enter, update, and delete interview records and to view read-only interview reports.

JOB PLACEMENTS - Learn to enter, update, and delete job placement records and to view read-only placement reports.

JOB RETENTION MILESTONES - Learn to view read-only job retention milestone reports.

Additional Jobs Reports 

The following report, while not located within the Jobs feature itself, can be a useful tool for analyzing job-related information.

Consumer Employment Status Report - A saved format ("Foothold Report - Consumer Employment Status") in the Demographics ReportBuilder.  Reports on employed/unemployed clients.
