Did you know...

The Client History Report - available from within the Client Search tool - allows you to quickly access details of a client’s complete program history within the agency using a specified date range. The report includes most event types, including calendar appointments and service record documentation, as well as links to open and view individual records. You can even electronically sign records such as progress notes, service plans, and forms from the Client History Report. It’s also a great way to easily locate information that you might not be sure where to find elsewhere, such as case worker assignment changes and residence unit changes (for residential programs).
