The Client Search feature located on the navigation bar is a useful tool for locating information across AWARDS modules regarding specific agency clients. Client searches are quickly and easily performed based on client name, social security number, or other identifying information. Client Search results also provide users with access to Client History Reports - detailed accountings of a selected client's history within the agency over a specified date range. To users with the proper authority, the Client Search feature also provides access to a Program History Corrections tool with which client program and residence history records can be cleaned up in ways not accessible elsewhere in the application, merge duplicate client records functionality, and an electronic signatures setup feature.
The Client Search feature is available to users with the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Client E-Signatures Settings (optional - required only if you will be using Client Search to set up electronic signatures for clients)
Emergency Access (optional - required only if you will be using the Emergency Access feature for break the glass access to client records)
Merge Duplicate Consumers (optional - required only if you will be using the Merge Duplicate Clients Tool to complete record clean-up)
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need the permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
