Viewing an Administrative Information Report

To view a read-only service program administration report, available from within the AWARDS Reports module, complete the following steps:

    1. From the navigation bar, click Reports (or the Reports icon).  The Reports index is displayed.

    1. Click the Program drop-down arrow in the upper-right corner of the page and select the individual program for which the report is to be run, or select a group of programs using one of the available "All" or "Custom" grouping selections.
    2. If you previously bookmarked the Administrative Information Report it is displayed on the reports index by default; otherwise, from the left-hand menu bar, click All under "Show Reports."
    3. Use the navigation features in the bottom-right corner to locate the Administrative Information Report in the index, or enter "coordinator" in the Search field in the upper-right corner.
    4. Click Administrative Information Report from the reports index. The report is displayed on the Program Configuration page.

The contents of this read-only report include program location and program officers (director and deputy) information.

  TIP: To export the administration information to Microsoft Excel for further review and analysis, click the Excel File link at the top of the page.  A PHI Download Alert is displayed, reminding you of your obligation to properly handle any confidential data and/or protected health information (PHI) within the download in accordance with related government regulations and agency policies.  After reading the alert, click OK to acknowledge it and proceed with the export, or Cancel to return to the previous page.

The process of viewing a program configuration report is now complete.
