The Transportation feature enables case managers and counselors to quickly and easily record ride schedules, expected passenger, rides completed (both scheduled and unscheduled), transported passengers, and locations. Transportation reports can also be viewed using this feature.
Use of the Transportation feature requires the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Services - Individual Button
Transportation Data Entry
Transportation Locations Data Entry (only required if it is necessary to work with Transportation Locations records)
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
