Viewing a Toxicology Report

To view a read-only toxicology information report, available from within the AWARDS Reports module, complete the following steps:

    1. From the navigation bar, click Reports (or the Reports icon).  The Reports index is displayed.

    1. Click the Program drop-down arrow in the upper-right corner of the page and select the individual program for which the report is to be run.
    2. If you previously bookmarked the Toxicology Report it is displayed on the reports index by default; otherwise, from the left-hand menu bar, click All under "Show Reports."
    3. Use the navigation features in the bottom-right corner to locate the Toxicology Report in the index, or enter "toxicology" in the Search field in the upper-right corner.
    4. Click Toxicology Report from the reports index.  The Complete Toxicology Records settings page is displayed.

    1. Configure the fields and options on this page as follows to indicate which content is to be included in the report:

  Consumer - Click this drop-down arrow and select the client for whom the report is to be viewed.  The default value is "All Clients."

  Date Range - By default the report will contain toxicology records for samples taken during the last six months.  If necessary, adjust this date range using the Start and End date fields, using mm/dd/yyyy format or the available date picker icons.

  Which Tests? - Click this drop-down arrow and select the type of test for which the report is to be viewed.  The default value is "All Tests."

  Sort By - Click this drop-down arrow and select the type of sorting to be used for the report.  The default value is "Consumer."  Other options are "Service Coordinator," "Type," "Test," "Test Date," and "Result."

    1. Click CONTINUE  The report is generated and displayed on the read-only Complete Toxicology Records report page.

The process of viewing a toxicology report is now complete.
