The AWARDS Profile module is used to maintain and review consumer face sheets (including household information).
Required Permissions 
The Profile module is available to users with the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Profile Button
Additional permissions required to use the individual features within the Profile module are discussed in detail in the Online Help sections for each of those features.
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

FACE SHEET - Learn to enter and update consumer face sheets and to view face sheet reports.
Additional Profile Reports 
In addition to the above features, there are a variety of additional profile reports available within the Reports module:
Viewing a Program Profile Report - Learn to monitor current or historical program profile information through the viewing of roster profile reports.
Using the Demographics ReportBuilder - Learn to generate customized client demographics data reports.
Using the HMIS ReportBuilder - Learn to generate customized reports of client and household member data, including all required information collected for the HUD APR.
Using the HMIS History ReportBuilder - Learn to generate customized reports of data collected for HMIS updates across time.
Using the Household Program Enrollments ReportBuilder - Learn to generate customized reports of household data.
Using the OASAS ReportBuilder - Learn to generate customized reports of client demographics and PAS 44 and 45 data for NY OASAS programs.
