The AWARDS Plans and Reviews feature is used to complete an individual's plans and reviews, to electronically sign completed plans (when configured), and to view plan/review reports.
IMPORTANT! Plans and Reviews functionality, along with the PlanBuilder configuration component, is currently an optional alternative to the existing Service Plans feature. As a result, it is not automatically available in all AWARDS databases. If Plans and Reviews and the PlanBuilder are not currently turned on in your AWARDS database and you would like them to be, please contact your Foothold Customer Success & Advocacy team representative for guidance. Keep in mind that once turned on not all programs (and/or clients within those programs) may be set up to use Plans and Reviews immediately. If your agency is still in the process of transitioning to Plans and Reviews you should continue to use Service Plans until otherwise instructed by your supervisor or AWARDS administrator.
NOTE: When the Plans and Reviews feature has been turned on it is only available for a program when a PlanBuilder plan has been created and assigned to the relevant program type.
Use of the Plans and Reviews feature requires the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Services - Individual Button
Plans and Reviews Deletion (optional - only required to delete unlocked plans if your agency has this enhancement turned on)
Plans and Reviews - Modify Due Date on Locked Plans (optional - only required to update the due date of a locked plan)
Plans and Reviews - Modify Due Date on Unlocked Plans (optional - only required to update the due date of unlocked plans if your agency has this enhancement turned on)
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

Join us for a look at the exciting new PlanBuilder functionality!
