The AWARDS PATH QCMRs and Data Export feature, located in the Fiscal module, enables PATH Services programs in New Jersey to generate two Quarterly Contract Monitoring Reports (QCMRs) for the purposes of monitoring the performance of PATH grantees:
Level of Service Report - Focuses on how many services were provided to each client.
Client Movement Report - Shows how many clients were admitted, discharged, or transferred during the reporting period.
In addition, this AWARDS feature includes a QCMR Data File component, which combines data from the two reports into a single Excel file.
Required Permissions 
The PATH QCMRs and Data Export feature is an optional feature in HMIS databases. In databases where this functionality has been turned on, it is available to users with the following permissions:
TIP: If the PATH QCMRs and Data Export feature is not currently turned on in your AWARDS database and you would like it to be, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
Program Chart Access (for at least one PATH project)
Display Executive Administration Buttons - OR - Display Fiscal Buttons (only required if you are not a member of the "Fiscal Staff" or "Executive Officer" user groups)
Agency Program Information (only required if you will be setting up a PATH project - as detailed under Setting Up a PATH Project)
In addition, unless you are in the "Executive Officer" or "System Administrator" user groups, you must have ONE of the following permissions (only if you will be setting up a PATH project):
Display Executive Administration Buttons
Permissions Data Entry
Permissions Data Entry for All Staff and Layers
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
