The AWARDS Outcomes module is used to monitor agency operation in areas such as goal outcomes through the viewing of read-only reports. It is also used to create and maintain forms used to collect data throughout AWARDS.
Permissions required to use the Outcomes module are as follows:
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Outcomes Button
Additional permissions required to use the individual features within the Outcomes module are discussed in detail in the Online Help sections for each of those features.
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

ASSESSMENT DATA - Learn to enter assessment data for scheduled events and to view assessment data reports.
DASHBOARD - Access a "dashboard" of graphs and aggregate data that will help meet basic reporting and oversight needs.

SERVICE UTILIZATION REPORTS - Learn to monitor service utilization through the viewing of read-only services delivery reports.
