The Assessment Data feature in the AWARDS Outcomes module is an optional database enhancement that provides a secondary point of access to the Services - Individual module's Assessment Data feature.  It can be used to enter and update assessment data for charting timetable events when they come due, as well as to view read-only assessment data reports.

Required Permissions

Because the Outcomes module location for accessing the Assessment Data feature is optional, it is not automatically available in all databases.  When requested (by contacting the Help Desk) it is turned on behind-the-scenes by Foothold Technology, and is available to users with the following permissions:

Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Outcomes Button

  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
