IMPORTANT! This portion of Online Help describes functionality specifically configured to meet requirements for programs in New York state.

The OASAS Reports feature in the Fiscal module is a powerful tool that can be used to generate the following user-customized and standard OASAS data reports:

IMPORTANT! In order for any of the above OASAS reports to be generated for a program, that program must have a PRU Number specified for it in the System Setup module, Agency Program Information, Add/Edit Entire Program feature. 

  TIP: OASAS Reports (PAS reports and the ReportBuilder) are also accessible from within the Reports module.  This portion of Online Help focuses solely on accessing OASAS Reports from the Fiscal module. 

Required Permissions

The OASAS Reports feature is available to users with the following permissions:

Program Chart Access
Display Executive Administration Buttons - OR - Display Fiscal Buttons (only required if you are not a member of the "Fiscal Staff" or "Executive Officer" user groups)


  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
