Using the OASAS Data File component of the OASAS Reports feature, users can generate a complete file of PAS 44, 45, and 47 (when applicable) data from all OASAS programs for upload to the OASAS Client Data System (CDS).

IMPORTANT!  In order for a Data File to be generated for a program, that program must have a PRU Number specified for it in the System Setup module, Agency Program Information, Add/Edit Entire Program feature.

Required Permissions

The OASAS Data File feature is available for use by users with the following permissions:

• Chart Access - You must have chart access for the programs for which the Data File is to be generated.
• Data Entry / Access - Unless you are a member of the "Fiscal Staff" or "Executive Officer" user groups, you must have the "Display Executive Administration Buttons" and "Display Fiscal Buttons" permissions in order to access the Fiscal/Program module in which the OASAS Data File feature resides.
