Viewing a LOCADTR Report

The LOCADTR is only available for individual clients with admission dates prior to 8/1/2015.

To view a LOCADTR report, complete the following steps:

  1. From the AWARDS Home screen, click Administration from the left-hand menu, and then click Fiscal.  The Fiscal fly-out menu is displayed.
  2. Click OASAS Reports.  The OASAS Reports Settings page is displayed. 

  1. Click the Program drop-down arrow and select the individual program associated with the client for which the report is to be run, or select a group of programs using one of the available "All" selections.

IMPORTANT!  In order for any LOCADTR reports to be generated for a program, that program must have a PRU Number specified for it in the System Setup module, Agency Program Information, Add/Edit Entire Program feature.  

  1. Click the Report drop-down arrow and select "LOCADTR."
  2. The date range for the selected report defaults to the last week.  Make changes to that date range as necessary by overwriting the values in the from and to fields.  Keep in mind that a client's report will only be available for viewing if he/she was on the census of the selected program in the date range specified here.

This report applies only to LOCADTR information entered within AWARDS; as a result, only clients admitted prior to August 1st 2015 are available for reporting, as that is the date on which the LOCADTR 3.0 tool became available.  If the date range entered here goes past August 1st 2015, an error message will be displayed after clicking CONTINUE in step 6.

  1. Click CONTINUE.  The OASAS Reports Settings client selection page is displayed. 

  1. Click the Consumer drop-down arrow and select the client for whom the report is to be viewed.
  2. Click CONTINUE. The OASAS Reports page is displayed.

  1. Click LOCADTR Report to view the report.

The process of viewing a LOCADTR report is now complete.
