AWARDS makes a variety of ReportBuilders available to users for the purposes of generating client-, service-, and employee-centric data reports.  Each of these ReportBuilders, along with detailed information on its location and contents, is listed alphabetically in the table below.

For more information on using these ReportBuilders, including step-by-step instructions and configuration option details common to them all, see the other ReportBuilder basics topics listed here. Additional information specific to the individual ReportBuilders listed below, including information on which permissions are required to generate each type of report, can be found in the portion of AWARDS Online Help corresponding to the module and feature in those ReportBuilders are located.

Please be aware that in addition to the types of information available in each ReportBuilder as detailed here, ReportBuilder reports may also include information entered in FormBuilder fields.  In order for a FormBuilder field to be available as a variable when running ReportBuilder reports, that field must have been configured for inclusion on related ReportBuilders.  Which ReportBuilder is "related" to a given form field is based on the form's location.  For example, if a form is available for inclusion when writing progress notes, the form's field (when set to do so) will be available for inclusion when using the Progress Notes ReportBuilder.  For more information on configuring form fields, please click here to view the portion of Online Help dedicated to the FormBuilder.
