Viewing a Basic Nightly Absences Report

A sortable read-only report of nightly absences information is available from within the AWARDS Reports module.  To view this report, complete the following steps:

    1. From the navigation bar, click Reports (or the Reports icon).  The Reports index page is displayed.

    1. Click the Program drop-down arrow in the upper-right corner of the page and select the individual program for which the report is to be run, or select a group of programs using one of the available "All" or "Custom Grouping" selections.
    2. If you previously bookmarked the Nightly Absences Report it is displayed on the reports index by default; otherwise, from the left-hand menu bar, click All under "Show Reports."
    3. Use the navigation features in the bottom-right corner of the reports index to locate the Nightly Absences Report, or enter "nightly absences" in the Search field in the upper-right corner.
    4. Click Nightly Absences from the reports index. The Nightly Absences Settings page is displayed.

    1. Click the Client drop-down arrow and select the client for whom the report is to be viewed.  The default value is "All Clients."

  TIP: If the report is to be viewed for a former (discharged) client, first click Roster Archives beneath the client selection option.

    1. Click the Month drop-down arrows to select the month and year for which the report is to be viewed.

  TIP: This report can be run for the current year or for any of the five previous years.  If you need to run a report for a month more than six years ago, use the Nightly  Status ReportBuilder instead.

    1. Click CONTINUE.  The nightly absences report is displayed on the Nightly Absences Calendar page.

  NOTE: If "All Clients" was selected in step 6, the report displays only those clients with saved nightly absences records.

The process of viewing a basic nightly absences report is now complete.
