The Services - Individual module's Assessment Data feature is an optional feature used to enter and update assessment data for charting timetable events when they come due, as well as to view read-only assessment data reports.

  NOTE: In some AWARDS databases the Assessment Data feature is also accessible from within the Outcomes module, and in fact not all programs may be configured to access it from within the Services - Individual module.  For more information on using Assessment Data from within Outcomes, click here.

Required Permissions

Because the Assessment Data feature is optional, it is not automatically available in all databases. When requested (by contacting the Help Desk) it is turned on behind-the-scenes by Foothold Technology, and is available to users with the following permissions:

Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Services - Individual Button

  NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need the permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
