Viewing a Payroll Status History Report

To view a read-only payroll group status history report, complete the following steps:

  1. From the AWARDS Home screen, click Administration from the left-hand menu, and then click Human Resources.  The Human Resources Menu page is displayed.

  1. Click the Database drop-down arrow and select "Reports."
  2. To narrow report selection by employee, configure one or more of the selection options on this page.  Available options are:

This step is optional.

  1. Click Payroll Status.  The Payroll Status Worker Selection page is displayed.

  1. Click the Worker drop-down arrow and select the employee for whom the report is to be viewed.
  2. Click CONTINUE.  The report is displayed on the Payroll Status History Records page.

The contents of this read-only report include payroll group, hours per week, group start and end dates, and if applicable, termination information.
