A sortable read-only report that includes basic client and entitlement details (including entitlement type, effective date, expiration date, and other key pieces of information) is available from within the AWARDS Reports module.  To view this report, complete the following steps from the AWARDS Home screen:

    1. From the navigation bar, click Reports (or click the Reports icon).  The Reports index page is displayed.

    1. Click the Program drop-down arrow and select the program or group of programs for which the report is to be viewed.
    2. If you previously bookmarked the Certified Entitlements Report it is displayed on the reports index by default; otherwise, from the left-hand menu bar, click All under "Show Reports."
    3. Use the navigation features in the bottom-right corner of the reports index to locate the Certified Entitlements Report, or enter "certified" in the Search field in the upper-right corner.
    4. Click Certified Entitlements Report from the reports index.  The Certified Entitlements Report Selections page is displayed.

TIP: In addition to report settings described in the steps below, this page contains access to the Entitlements ReportBuilder.  For more information on that feature, see Using the Entitlements ReportBuilder.

    1. Click the Entitlement drop-down arrow and select the type of entitlement for which the report is to be viewed.  The default value is "ALL Types."

TIP: If the entitlements report is to be viewed for a specific client, select "ALL Types."

NOTE: When viewing the report using the "Medicare and not Medicaid" option, any Medicaid record containing an ID of "Pending," "Ineligible," or "Spend Down" is not counted as a Medicaid record for the client.

    1. Click the Status drop-down arrow and select the status of the entitlements to be included in the report - "Complete Entitlement History" or "Current Entitlements Only."
    2. Click the Client drop-down arrow and select the client for whom the report is to be viewed.  The default value is "All Clients."

TIP: If the report is to be viewed for a former (discharged) client, first click Roster Archives beneath the client selection option.

TIP: If the entitlements report is to be viewed for a specific entitlement type, select "All Clients."

    1. If "All Clients" was selected in step 8 and you wish to include pending clients in the report results, click the Include "Pending" clients for All Clients report checkbox.

NOTE: Pending clients are those for whom intake has been processed, but who have not yet been admitted into the program when that program utilizes the multi-step intake process.  Clients in residential programs who have rooms reserved using the optional Room Reservations functionality are also considered pending.

    1. Click CONTINUE.  The certified entitlements report is displayed on the Certified Entitlements page.

The contents of this read-only report are based on the selections made on the previous pages.  It may contain a combination of ID number, amount, effective and expiration dates, direct deposit status, and agency payee information.  The basic Certified Entitlements Report only lists those clients with entitlement records.  Clients who do not have entitlement records will not be included.

The process of viewing a basic entitlements report is now complete.
