Editing an Assessment Instrument

To edit an assessment instrument, complete the following steps from the AWARDS Home screen:

    1. Click Administration from the left-hand menu, and then click System Setup.  The System Setup fly-out menu is displayed.
    2. Click Business Rules.  The Business Rules Menu page is displayed.

    1. Click the Program drop-down arrow and select the program for which an assessment instrument is to be changed.
    2. Click Assessment Instruments.  The Instrument Selection page is displayed.

    1. Click the drop-down arrow and select the assessment instrument to be changed.

  TIP: By default there are several generic assessment templates available for selection in the assessment instruments list.  To update one of the generic assessments for use by this program, select it here then continue with step 6.

    1. Click CONTINUE.  The Assessment Instrument Update page is displayed.
    2. Make changes to the fields and options on this page as necessary.  For more information, see Assessment Instrument Fields / Options.
    3. Click APPLY.  The assessment instrument is saved.

The process of editing an assessment instrument is now complete.
