Deleting an Assessment Instrument

To delete an assessment instrument, complete the following steps from the AWARDS Home screen:

    1. Click Administration from the left-hand menu, and then click System Setup.  The System Setup fly-out menu is displayed.
    2. Click Business Rules.  The Business Rules Menu page is displayed.

    1. Click the Program drop-down arrow and select the program for which an assessment instrument is to be deleted.
    2. Click Assessment Instruments.  The Instrument Selection page is displayed.

    1. Click the drop-down arrow and select the assessment instrument to be deleted.
    2. Click CONTINUE.  The Assessment Instrument Update page is displayed.
    3. Verify that the correct assessment instrument was selected.
    4. Click the Delete Instrument? checkbox.
    5. Click APPLY.  The assessment instrument is deleted and the updated Instrument Selection page is displayed.

The process of deleting an assessment instrument is now complete.
