The Fiscal module's System Performance Measures Report feature is designed to help HMIS system administrators assess the performance of an entire Continuum of Care; specifically, it can be used to evaluate all of the HMIS projects in an entire CoC on the following seven metrics:
Length of Time Homeless
Returns to Homelessness
Number of Persons Homeless
Employment and Income Growth
First-Time Homelessness
Homeless Prevention
Retention of Permanent Housing
It can also be run for individual programs or custom groups of programs in order to evaluate success or check for data quality.
The System Performance Measures Report is limited to use by members of the "CoC Executive User," "Executive Officer," or "Local CoC Admin" user groups. Members of those user groups must also have the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Executive Administration Buttons - OR - Display Fiscal Buttons (only required if you are not a member of the "Fiscal Staff" or "Executive Officer" user groups)
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
