The Service Types on Service Plans Report enables users to view a read-only report on the number of services of each type found on client service plans as of a selected date. 

Required Permissions

The Service Types on Service Plans Report feature is available to users with the following permissions:

• Chart Access - You must have chart access to each program for which the report is to be viewed.
• Data Entry / Access - You must have the "Display Any Chart Records Buttons" and "Display Chart Records Services Button" data entry/access permissions in order to access the Services module in which the Service Types on Service Plans Report feature is located.
