Service Referrals

The Service Referrals feature in the AWARDS Services - Individual module enables case managers and counselors to quickly and easily record outgoing referrals being made for a consumer. Service referral reports can also be viewed using this feature.

  NOTE: Service Referrals are also accessible from within the Discharge module's optional Referrals Out feature.  (If that secondary point of access is not presently available and you would like it to be, please complete the "Discharge Menu: Referrals Out" portions of the Discharge - Implementation Requests Form and submit it to requests@footholdtechnology.com.) This portion of Online Help focuses solely on accessing Service Referrals from the Services - Individual module.

Required Permissions

Use of the Service Referrals feature requires the following permissions:

Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Services - Individual Button

  NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need the permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
