How do I determine which staff initiated service referrals for program consumers?
The Service Referrals ReportBuilder can be run with a variety of data variables that will report on who created and/or modified each referral record and when; specifically, "Created By," "Created Date/Time," "Modified By," and "Modified Date/Time."

What agencies are shown in the Referred To search results?
The Referred To field in service referral data entry mode searches for agency name and address text matches with those agencies specified for inclusion as Outgoing Service Referral options in the Referral Agencies module.

Where is the "PATH Referral Outcome" option on the Service Referrals ReportBuilder?
"PATH Referral Outcome" is an option only found in HMIS projects with a funding source of PATH. Reports that are run on PATH projects or groups of PATH projects will see "PATH Referral Outcome" as a data variable when running the report; however, reports that include any non-PATH projects will not have this option available to them.
