The Operations module Resident Information feature is used to view read-only resident information reports for those consumers in agency housing programs, as well as to view read-only vacancy reports for selected programs.

Required Permissions

Permissions required to use resident information functionality are as follows:

• Chart Access - You must have chart access for each program for which a vacancy report is to be viewed, or which is associated with a consumer whose resident information is to be viewed.
