The Res/Day Hab Daily Checklist feature is an optional database enhancement designed to capture services for individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as to report out on those services.  This tool is typically used by Residential and Day Habilitation programs, but can be turned on for other program types in AWARDS as well.

IMPORTANT! The label of this feature varies based on the type of program being worked with; for example, the feature is typically shown as Res Hab Daily Checklist for Residential Habilitation programs, and Day Hab Daily Checklist for Day Habilitation programs.  Other programs may have a more generic label in place for all programs, such as Hab Daily Checklist.  Regardless of the label used, the functionality is the same as that described in this portion of Online Help. 

Required Permissions

Because the Res/Day Hab Daily Checklist feature is optional, it is not automatically available in all databases.  When requested (by contacting the Help Desk), it is turned on behind-the-scenes in AWARDS by Foothold Technology by program type.  Staff in programs for which the Res/Day Hab Daily Checklist feature have been turned on must have the following permissions in order to use it:

Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Services - Individual Button

  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
