Reception Desk

The AWARDS Reception Desk module is used to maintain and review reception desk and program log book information for day and housing programs, respectively. 

Required Permissions

Unless you have been granted reception desk access using the Permitted Users feature, use of the Reception Desk module requires the following permissions:

Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Reception Desk Button

Additional permissions required to use the individual features within the Reception Desk module are discussed in detail in the Online Help sections for each of those features.

  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

Module Features

The Reception Desk module is comprised of the following features.  Click a link below to access the Online Help pages for the corresponding feature.

PERMITTED USERS - Learn to grant/revoke reception desk access for users who do not have it by default.

PROGRAM ATTENDANCE - Learn to enter and maintain day program attendance records and to view attendance reports.

PROGRAM LOG BOOK - Learn to enter program log book information for housing programs and to view log book reports.
