Locating a Rolodex Entry

 Important!

Rolodex retiring in August, export your data now!  If you are using this feature, please make plans to export your Rolodex data from AWARDS by August 1, 2018 as the Rolodex feature will be retired at that time.  To export your Rolodex in its entirety, complete a search without entering any name values, and then use the Excel file link available above the results table.

To locate and view a contact from within the Rolodex, complete the following steps:

  1. From the AWARDS Home screen, click Administration from the left-hand menu, and then click Rolodex.  The Rolodex - Search page is displayed. 
  2. In the Organization Name and/or First and Last Name fields, type the name of the organization or individual contact for which a Rolodex entry is to be viewed.
  3. Further narrow entry selection by clicking the Entry Code drop-down arrow and choosing the type of entry to be viewed.  Available selections are:  "Emergency (Public)," "General (Public)," "Personal (Private)," and "All Listings."  

If the entry type is unknown, leave this option at its default value - "All Listings."

  1. By default, the Rolodex Search results are displayed alphabetically by organization name.  To instead sort by contact last name, click the Sort alphabetically by drop-down arrow and select "Last Name."
  2. Click CONTINUE.  The Rolodex - Search Results page is displayed.

This page contains a list of all Rolodex entries matching the Search criteria specified on the previous page.

 Tip: 

To export your Rolodex information out of AWARDS, click the Excel File link above the results table.

  1. To view a Rolodex entry in its entirety, click that entry.  The full entry is displayed on the Rolodex - Update Entry page.
