IMPORTANT! This portion of Online Help describes functionality specifically configured to meet requirements for programs in New York state.

The Fiscal module LS3 Reports feature is used to generate LS3 information through the viewing of LS3 units of service and LS3-6 status change reports, as well as through the entry of LS3 summary history data. 

Required Permissions

The LS3 Reports feature is available to users with the following permissions:

Program Chart Access
Display Executive Administration Buttons - OR - Display Fiscal Buttons (only required if you are not a member of the "Fiscal Staff" or "Executive Officer" user groups)
LS3 History Data Entry (only required if you will be entering LS3 summary history data)

  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
