As of Fall 2018, the HMIS Longitudinal System Analysis (LSA), located in the Fiscal module, replaces the Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR). The LSA comes in the format of a single zipped export file that is downloaded by the user and then uploaded into the HUD Exchange 2.0 website - https://hudhdx2.info/. (There is no on-screen display for this report in AWARDS.)
Required Permissions
The LSA is available to users with the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Executive Administration Buttons - OR - Display Fiscal Buttons (only required if you are not a member of the "Fiscal Staff" or "Executive Officer" user groups)
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
