The optional Group Attendance Form component of the Services - Group module's Group Schedule Setup feature is used to generate an attendance checklist for activity rosters. This checklist can then be printed out and used to track group attendance.
Because the Group Attendance Form feature is optional, it is not automatically available in all databases. When requested, it is turned on behind-the-scenes in AWARDS by Foothold Technology for all users at your agency. (Contact the Help Desk to make this functionality available in your AWARDS database.) Once enabled, the Group Attendance Form feature is available to users with the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Services - Group Button
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need the permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
