Maintaining Housing Fees & PNA Amounts

The Housing Fees & PNA Amounts feature is used to enter and update the monthly fee amounts and personal need allowance minimums for CR programs.  To do so, complete the following steps from the AWARDS Home screen:

    1. Click Charts from the left-hand menu, and then click  Entitlements.  The Entitlements fly-out menu is displayed.
    2. Click Monthly Allowances, and then click Housing Fees & PNA Amounts. The Community Residence Monthly Fees and Personal Needs Allowance Minimum Amounts page is displayed.
    3. In the Supervised Fee and Scattersite Fee fields, type or make changes to the monthly housing fee for each type of CR program.
    4. In the PNA SSI and PNA SSD fields, type or make changes to the personal need allowance minimums for each allowance type.
    5. Click UPDATE.  The fees and allowance minimum information is saved, and a read-only confirmation page is displayed.

  TIP: If it is necessary to make additions or changes to the housing fee and PNA amounts information at this time, click DATA ENTRY to return to the Community Residence Monthly Fees and Personal Needs Allowance Minimum Amounts page.

The process of entering or updating the CR program housing fees and PNA amounts is now complete.
