Viewing a Monthly Statement

The Monthly Statements feature is used to view entitlements income, fees, and allowances monthly statements for selected program client.  To do so, complete the following steps from the AWARDS Home screen:

    1. Click the Program drop-down arrow in the upper-right corner of the page and select the program associated with the client for whom the monthly statement is to be viewed.
    2. Click Charts from the left-hand menu, and then click  Entitlements.  The Entitlements fly-out menu is displayed.
    3. Click Monthly Allowances, and then click Monthly Statements. The Entitlements Income, Fees and Allowance Monthly Statement page is displayed.
    4. Click the Client drop-down arrow and select the client for whom the monthly statement is to be viewed.  The default value is "All Clients."
    5. Click the Month drop-down arrow and select the month for which the monthly statement is to be viewed.
    6. Click the Year drop-down arrow and select the year for which the monthly statement is to be viewed.
    7. Click CONTINUE.  The monthly statement is displayed on the Entitlements Income, Fees and Allowance Monthly Statement page.

The contents of this read-only statement include: client, SSN, housing type, program fee, address, worker, benefit checks received this month, total benefits and agency residence fees, and allowance check amount and date, as well as signature lines for the agency representative and client.

The process of viewing a monthly statement is now complete.
