The Hospital module ER Utilization feature is used to monitor emergency room use (medical and/or psychiatric) through the viewing of read-only ER utilization reports.

Required Permissions

The ER Utilization feature is available for use by users with the following permissions:

• Chart Access - You must have chart access permission to the program(s) for which an ER utilization report is to be viewed.
• Data Entry / Access - You must have the "Display Any Chart Records Buttons" and "Display Chart Records Hospital Button" data entry/access permissions in order to access the Hospital module in which the ER Utilization feature is located.
