The AWARDS Hospital module is used to maintain and review hospitalization records and a hospitals list, to monitor ER utilization, and to generate hospitalization referral letters. 

Required Permissions

The Hospital module is available to AWARDS users with the following permissions:

Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Hospital Button

Additional permissions required to use the individual features within the Hospital module are discussed in detail in the Online Help sections for each of those features.

  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

ADVANCE DIRECTIVES - Learn to enter and update advance directives information and to view read-only reports of that information.

EPISODES - Learn to enter, update, and delete hospitalization records, and to view hospitalization reports.

HOSPITALIZATION REFERRAL LETTER - Learn to generate and print hospitalization referral letters for clients.

HOSPITALS - Learn to maintain the hospitals list used in AWARDS and to view a report version of that list.
