The Credentialing feature is used to maintain staff credentials records that include detail on degrees, languages, provider IDs, credentials, license numbers and types, and highest grade level completed.

Credentialing data entry can also be completed from within the employee's staff information record.  For more information, click here.

Required Permissions

The Credentialing feature is available for use by users with the following permissions:

• Data Entry / Access - You must have the "Display Executive Administration Buttons" permission and one of the three human resources permissions to access the Human Resources module in which the Credentialing feature is located.

Which of the three human resources permissions you have will determine what tasks you can complete using this feature.  For more information on which HR permissions allow which level of access, click here.
