IMPORTANT! This portion of Online Help describes functionality specifically configured to meet requirements for programs in New York state.

The AWARDS Fiscal module provides user with access to the Continuing Day Treatment (CDT) Billing Report, through which users can access direct services contact data for monthly billing needs. 

  TIP: If you do not see the CDT Billing Report feature in your Fiscal module, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.

  NOTE:  CDT Billing Reports run prior to April 1, 2009 will be different than CDT Billing Reports run after April 1, 2009 to incorporate The New York State Office of Mental Health's Continuing Day Treatment (CDT) regulatory changes effective as of April 1, 2009. 

Required Permissions

The CDT Billing Report feature is available to users with the following permissions:

Program Chart Access
Display Executive Administration Buttons - OR - Display Fiscal Buttons (only required if you are not a member of the "Fiscal Staff" or "Executive Officer" user groups)

  NOTE:  Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
