The Attendance module is an optional database enhancement used to maintain and view employee attendance records, including timesheets, work schedules, time off requests, and absences reports.

  NOTE: If this optional module has not been configured for your AWARDS database, you will see a Work Schedules module in its place.  For more information on Work Schedules, click here.

Required Permissions

When the optional Attendance functionality is turned on in an AWARDS database, it is available to all AWARDS users with employee logins.

  NOTE: If the Attendance module is not currently available in your AWARDS database and you are interested in learning more about it, please contact your Foothold Customer Success & Advocacy team representative for guidance on whether or not it is right for your agency.  As noted above, if Attendance is not currently turned on, all employees will see a Work Schedules module in its place.
