Below is an alphabetical list of the fields and options located on the Transportation Locations data entry page.  To jump directly to the information for a specific field or option, press <Ctrl+F> to access your browser's search field and enter the name of the field/option in question.  

Address / Address 2 / City / State / Zip

In these fields type or make changes to the transportation location's address, including street address, city, state abbreviation, and zip code. 

Comments

In this field, type or make changes to comments related to the location.

Location Name

In this field, type or make changes to the name of the location. 

Phone

In this field, type or make changes to the location's 10-digit phone number, followed by an extension if applicable. 

Status

Click this drop-down arrow and select the location's status:

  Active - The default value.  When selected the location is available for selection within the Ride Schedules feature, when working with expected and transported passengers.

  Inactive - When selected the location is hidden during Ride Schedules data entry; however, they will still display in reports if previously saved transportation records.
