The standard AWARDS contract includes 2 or 3 days of Start Up training. These trainings generally cover many basics of AWARDS use, and must be used within 4 months of your contract start date. To maximize the effectiveness of this training, Foothold starts the process called Train the Trainer by sharing tips on how agency staff can successfully assist their colleagues in learning about AWARDS. Therefore, we recommend that those who attend be the core of your internal training team. (Click here for more information about Train the Trainer.)
For customers located in New York City, these trainings can be broken down into half-day sessions. For all other customers, the training must be scheduled in full-day increments.
