Working with Entitlements Checks Data

The Entitlements Checks Data feature is used to enter, update, and delete consumer entitlements checks data.  To do so, complete the following steps from the AWARDS Home screen:

    1. Click the Program drop-down arrow in the upper-right corner of the page and select the program associated with the client for whom entitlements checks data is to be worked with.
    2. Click Charts from the left-hand menu, and then click  Entitlements.  The Entitlements fly-out menu is displayed.
    3. Click Monthly Allowances, and then click Entitlements Checks Data. The Data Entry for Entitlements Checks page is displayed.
    4. Click the Client drop-down arrow and select the client for whom entitlements checks data is to be entered, updated, or deleted.
    5. In the From and To date range fields, make changes to the default date range as necessary (using mm/dd/yy format).  

  NOTE: Only those checks falling within the date range entered here will be available for updating or deleting.

    1. Click CONTINUE.  The Data Entry for Entitlements Checks entitlement selection page is displayed.

  NOTE: The selected client must have at least one SSI, SSDI, PA, VA, or PRIVATE entitlement record.

    1. Click the Entitlement Type drop-down arrow and select the entitlement type for which checks data is to be entered, updated, or deleted.

  NOTE: Only those entitlement types for which the client has a record entered are listed here.

    1. Click CONTINUE.  The Data Entry for Entitlements Checks page is refreshed to show any existing checks data entered, as well as options for entering new checks data.
    2. Click the Select radio button next to the check record to be updated or deleted, or next to Add New Check Data if a new check record is to be entered.
    3. Click CONTINUE.  The Add / Update Entitlement Check Data page is displayed.
    4. To add new entitlements check data or updating existing data, configure the fields and options on this page as follows:

  Transaction Date - Type or make changes to the date of the transaction for which the check data is being entered or updated.

  Amount - Type or make changes to the amount of the transaction for which the check data is being entered or updated.

  Check Number - Type or make changes to the check number of the transaction for which the check data is being entered or updated.

To delete entitlements check data, click the Delete this record checkbox.

    1. Click CONTINUE.  The check data is saved or deleted as specified, and the updated Data Entry for Entitlements Checks page is displayed.

The process of entering, updating, or deleting entitlements checks data is now complete.
