Virtual Psych Assessment Center (VPAC) Clinical is a behavioral assessment solution that allows clinicians to provide a more holistic approach to care for patients. Foothold Technology has partnered with VPAC to offer our customers the most innovative and relevant assessments for revealing your clients' personality style, emotional make up, intellectual ability (IQ), stress level, and stress management skills.  With the VPAC Assessments optional add-on service for AWARDS, we provide subscribers with access to all 12 assessments developed by VPAC, built directly into AWARDS via FormBuilder forms, to save your clinicians time in determining the needs of the individuals you serve.

IMPORTANT! VPAC Assessments are intended to provide diagnosis recommendations only, and are intended for use with individuals 13 years or older.

  NOTE: By default VPAC Assessments are located within the Services - Individual module in AWARDS, where they can be found under "Forms" in the module's fly-out menu.  If your agency has subscribed to this add-on service they may have chosen to locate this feature elsewhere in AWARDS.  Regardless of the point of access, the overall functionality and how it is worked with are the same.

Required Permissions

Because the VPAC Assessments feature is an optional add-on service available by subscription, it is not automatically available in all databases.  When subscribed to, it is turned on behind-the-scenes in AWARDS by Foothold Technology for individual programs.  Staff in programs for which the VPAC Assessments feature has been turned on must have the following permissions in order to use it:

Program Chart Access
Display Any Chart Records Buttons
Display Chart Records Services - Individual Button (if accessing VPAC Assessments from their default location; otherwise, this requirement may vary)

  NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature.  If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.

Service Agreements
