The Housing module Vacancy Report feature is used to monitor residential program vacancies through the viewing of read-only vacancy reports.

Required Permissions

The Vacancy Report feature is available for use by users with the following permissions:

• Chart Access - You must have chart access permission to the program(s) for which a vacancy report is to be viewed.
• Data Entry / Access - You must have the "Display Any Chart Records Buttons" and "Display Chart Records Housing Button" data entry/access permissions in order to access the Housing module in which the Vacancy Report feature is located.
