To update transportation run schedule information, complete the following steps from the AWARDS Home screen:
TIP: The number of runs entered in the Run Number Range fields multiplied by the number of days in the Ride Date Range fields, cannot exceed 1000.
Ride Taken - Click the drop-down arrow and select one of the ride status options to indicate whether the ride was taken or not. Available options are "Transported," "No Show," and "Canceled."
Pickup Time - Defaults to the time entered on the Ride Request Information page. Use the drop-down arrows to make changes to reflect the actual pickup time as needed. (Changing the pickup time on this page will not affect the scheduled pickup time entered on the Ride Request Information page.)
Drop Off Time - Use the drop-down arrows to specify the time at which the rider(s) arrived at the destination.
