Did you know...

...that AWARDS Online Help is fully searchable?  To conduct a search click the Search tab in the upper-left corner of the Help system.

Next, enter the word or phrase of your choice, and then click Go to initiate the search. Results will then be displayed on the right-hand side of the Help page. Clicking any result will take you directly to the corresponding Help content, where exact matches will be highlighted for you. To return to the search results (if needed), use your browser's jump back button.

When conducting Help searches, keep in mind that:

  They are "full text," meaning that they will scan each and every page in Help for your search term.

  You may use terminology that's different from what's used in Help (for example, service plans vs. treatment plans).  If your first try at a search doesn't give you the results you need, try again using more general terminology.

  If your search turns up a lot of results, try narrowing things down by focusing your search term on what you're trying to do (for example, rather than searching for "intake" try "process intake").
