The AWARDS PATH Annual Report Survey feature, located in the Fiscal module, enables grantees of projects receiving PATH funding to generate their Annual Report Survey (ARS).
Required Permissions 
The PATH Annual Report Survey feature is available to users with the following permissions:
Program Chart Access
Display Executive Administration Buttons - OR - Display Fiscal Buttons (only required if you are not a member of the "Fiscal Staff" or "Executive Officer" user groups)
Agency Program Information (only required if you will be setting up a PATH project prior to viewing the PATH ARS - as detailed under Setting Up a PATH Project)
In addition, unless you are in the "Executive Officer" or "System Administrator" user groups, you must have ONE of the following permissions (only if you will be setting up a PATH project):
Display Executive Administration Buttons
Permissions Data Entry
Permissions Data Entry for All Staff and Layers
NOTE: Permissions are assigned using the Permissions Maintenance feature. If you do not have access to that feature and need a permission listed here, please contact your supervisor or your local Help Desk for assistance.
